We would like to start off by thanking you, our customers for choosing Adaptive for your Contract Lifecycle Management and Service Management requirements in 2022. It has been a great honour to be on this journey with you, getting to know you all personally and helping with your technology and business improvement projects.
Adaptive continues in our endeavour to be the leading business process enabler for our customers. We do this through the application of technology, to help you, our customers deliver consistent and improved business services. It is through these business services that you provide your employees and customers with what they need, how they need it, and when they need it.
The year that’s past has been great in terms of growth and new customers to the Adaptive stable. We embarked on several new projects which have all been successfully delivered, with serval more in the pipeline. We continued to expand our Agiloft footprint as well as break new ground with Ivanti on the Service Management side. The next year we will be looking at consolidating our expertise in these key areas with a focus on entrenching our subject matter expertise further.
As the Adaptive team, we cherish the trust you have and continue to place in us, and we would like to stress just how much we appreciate you. We cannot explain how rewarding it is to help our customers in bringing their business improvement visions to life. And we are excited to see what you have in store for 2023 and beyond.
As the end of 2022 approaches, we also look forward to spending some much-needed time with friends and family and we trust that you will be doing the same. As such, we will be enabling a freeze period for new changes to systems from December 15th up until January 3rd, 2023. The Adaptive office will close at 12 pm on Friday, December 23rd and reopen Tuesday 03 January 2023.
